clueless of what was to come, just happy to be done!
There are some things people don't warn you about. For instance, the year after you graduate from college. Nobody warns you how challenging it can be. For me, this first post-grad year has been a little rocky, I must admit.
People don't tell you that your friends that are still in college don't understand your 9:00 pm bedtime.
They forget to mention that you will no longer be living in an apartment/dorm with a ton of girls around to play with. I have struggled a little with lonliness. I was used to being in an atmosphere where something was always going on. Devotionals, movie nights, study groups, jamboree practices, meetings, candle lightings and etc. Then I moved in with one girl .... all the way across town. I no longer had those things. I just had me.
People don't tell you that working from 8-5 is hard to adjust to. As a college student your schedule changes every semester. As an adult your schedule stays the same every day. In and out. Same. Old. Things. Yep.
People Don't tell you that the working world is wild. Even at a Christian Univerity, there are still some people/things that amaze me (shocker to you all I am sure!) I had an idea of how it could be, but NO CLUE how it would be.
I am proud to say that I am FINALLY finding my place in this little world called "adulthood". Although, I refuse to grow up. Won't do it. I'm not even sure what I want to do when I grow up. Maybe learn to cook?!?! Who knows.

I completely agree with all of this!!!!!! It is all so true and so challenging!!! When you go to get married, remind me to tell you all the things that no one tells you! Not bad, just stuff I didn't know! :)
haha don't worry I will!
