On a day when I wake up not knowing what the rest of the hours before my head hits the pillow will hold.....
On a day when 2 of the men I work with tell me "I look nice" (which NEVER happens).
On a day when my sweet boyfriend surprises me on my doorstep before work.
On a day when the sun finally comes out to play.
On a day when an old man compliments my blue eyes.
On a day when I feel peace.
On a day when I know my friends love me, no.matter.what.
On a day like today, I remember that He hears us. He is looking out for us. I am not insignificant even if there are 7 billion other folks He has to worry about too. I think He knows when we need a little pick-me-up and he sends a little sunshine our way, just to remind us of how much we are loved.
