what's love got to do, got to do with it?

Meet my long-time friend Laura. She got married this past Summer to a wonderful man, Jon, he has dreads and is a Jesus painter. After arriving home from their honeymoon they found out that Jon had liver cancer. Laura donated her liver. He is finally doing a little better. I read their blog to keep up on how they are. What they will never know is that they taught me that life and love aren't always the way you plan. Sometimes there are bumps and they make you stronger.

Meet Jessica. My roomie of 3 years who is getting married Saturday. Her future Hubby serves our country as an army ranger. There will be times when she is left at home for weeks/months so Bill can fight for our freedom. She chooses to love him even though it is tough sometimes.

Meet me. A girl who thinks she should get everything she wants because she is selfish. Instead she should look around and be thankful for how blessed she is. She should choose to love. Not only to love herself, but those who love her.
